When you sign up for Personal Training with me, you can relax in the knowledge that you will be training on a 1-2-1 basis with myself, in my secluded, air-conditioned and fully equipped studio in Caterham.
With a variety of packages, including corrective exercises for muscle imbalances and/or nutritional support, for you to choose from, there is something to suit your needs, as well as your budget!
