In March 2019, I gave birth to Xander, weighing 4kg. I won't go into details, but lets just say it wasn't an easy pregnancy or labour, and I had quite a few complications to deal with throughout and still do currently.

Then in October 2021, I gave birth to Ezra via C-section, who also weighed 4kg too.

Luckily, before I had my babies, I had completed my pre&post natal exercise specialist training, so I knew how I could help myself prepare for labour and help myself recover afterwards from both a natural labour and a planned c-section. Because of this knowledge, I know I am more aware of my own body and how best to exercise, to ensure a strong core foundation, which helps in everyday life, especially when running around after little ones all day. I am grateful that I can share this knowledge with other mums and mums-to be to give them the same confidence in themselves and their bodies.
