I really enjoy boot camp training with Nic and have lost just over a stone in 8 weeks and feel so much fitter and healthier. The sessions are always different and cater for all shapes and sizes and levels of fitness. I'm looking forward to the next week training with Nic.

Nic Shaw of Shaw to Succeed is a great instructor offering a varied exercise program with great enthusiasm and encouragement. She runs a Boot Camp and also a Fighting Fit boxing based class and I attend both. I find it a great way to keep fit and have fun.

I am very lucky to have Nic as my personal trainer. She ensures every session is fun & includes a full personalised body workout just for me. Nic is always pushing me beyond what I think I can achieve and she won’t take no for an answer, even when you have completed your 15 reps, there are a few sneaky ones waiting just to make sure you are working hard enough (not in any way related to Nic not being able to count :) In only a few weeks, I am getting fitter and that is thanks to Nic being 100% dedicated to helping me reach my goals. I love our sessions, they are always fun and full of laughter, but the burn you feel the next day shows just how hard you have worked.
